Preheat oven to 350°F. To prepare crust, spread almond meal in an even layer on a rimmed baking sheet
- Crust:
- 1/3 cup almond meal
- 8 graham cracker sheets (about 4 1/4 oz.)
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1/8 teaspoon table salt
- 1 large egg white
- 1 tablespoon unsalted butter, melted
- Baking spray with flour
- Filling:
- 1 (8-oz.) pkg. 1/3-less-fat cream cheese, softened
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup plain 2% reduced-fat Greek yogurt
- 1 teaspoon grated lemon rind
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Glaze:
- 1 cup rosé wine
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- Additional ingredients:
- 3 cups sliced strawberries (about 16 oz.)
- Mint leaves (optional)
