- 8 ounces cooked chicken sausage, Italian-variety, thinly sliced
- 1 medium yellow pepper, thinly sliced
- 1 medium uncooked, onion, chopped
- 1 pound fresh mushroom, sliced
- 2 tablespoons water
- 4 cups marinara sauce
- 1 cups part-skim mozzarella cheese, shredded
