  • ¼ whole Onion, Chopped Fine
  • ¼ cups Sour Cream
  • 8 slices Jarred Jalapenos
  • 1 cup Grated Sharp Cheddar Cheese
  • 3 Tablespoons Salsa
  • Hot Sauce, to taste
  • Salt And Black Pepper To Taste

Mix everything together in a large bowl and let sit in fridge two days before serving

  • 5 cans black-eyed peas drained
  • 2 cups chopped bell pepper (I like to use yellow and orange for color)
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh jalapeno (you can choose the level of heat)
  • 1 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 4 oz chopped pimento
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 small bottles Wishbone Italian dressing
  • I tend to add a little salt to mine but remember that the chips will add a good bit of salt
