Another Spice Rub for beef

This rub is perfect for Tri tip roast, flamk steak and beef brisket
- 1cup1 cup kosher salt
- 1cup1 cup ground black pepper
- 1/2cup1/2 cup smoked paprika
- 2Tablespoons2 Tablespoons dehydrated chopped onins
- 1Tablespoon1 Tablespoon onion powder
- 1Tablespoon1 Tablespoon garlic powder
- 1Tablespoon1 Tablespoon ground mustard
- 1teaspoon1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
Angel hair pasta in lemon cream sauce

Great side dish
- 1 lb angel hair pasta
- 3 Tbsp olive oil
- 4 cloves of garlic chopped
- 1/2 tsp crush red pepper flakes
- 2 lemons, zested and juiced
- 3/4 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmigiana Reggiano cheese
- Handful flat leaf parsley, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup (10-12 leaves) fresh basil, very thinly slice
Butternut squash soup

- 2 Tbsps honey
- 3 Tbsps olive oil
- 2 butternut squashes' about 3 lb total
- halved lengthwise and seeded
- 2 yellow onions, quartered
- 1 granny smith apple,peeled,quartered and cored
- 5 cups chicken stock or canned chicken broth
- salt and pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/2 cup half and half
- 1/3 cup pistachios
Pulled Pork Barbecue

- 3 tablespoons paprika
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon dry mustard
- 3 tablespoons coarse sea salt
- 1 (5 to 7 pound) pork roast, preferably shoulder or Boston butt
- 1 1/2 cups cider vinegar
- 1 cup yellow or brown mustard
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1/3 cup packed brown sugar
- 2 garlic cloves, smashed
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 teaspoon cayenne
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- Pan drippings from the pork
- 12 hamburger buns
