- 4 large garlic cloves
- 3 tablespoons chopped fresh rosemary leaves
- 1 1/2 teaspoons dried oregano
- Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 1/2 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice (4 lemons)
- 1/2 cup good olive oil
- 1/2 cup dry red wine
- 8 lamb chops
- Yogurt Mint Sauce, recipe follows
- 6 scallions, white and green parts, chopped
- 1/2 cup chopped fresh mint leaves
- 2 tablespoons minced fresh dill
- Pinch crushed red pepper flakes
- 1 tablespoon good olive oil
- 1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 7 ounces Greek-style yogurt (recommended: Fage Total)
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

- 2 red apples chopped
- 2 green apples chopped
- 1/2 cup craisans
- 1/2 cup chopped celery
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup chopped macadamia nuts
- juice of 1 orange
- 2 8oz containers vanilla yogurt
- ground cinnamon

- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
- 2 tsp dried Italian seasoning
- 1 tsp sugar (optional)

White Sangria

Stir first 5 ingredients in a large bowl until sugar dissolves
- 3 bottles white wine
- 1/2 cup Triple Sec
- 1 1/2 cups no pulp orange juice
- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
- 6 Tbsp sugar or to taste
- 4 ripe peaches cut into thin wedges
- 2 pt strawberries, sliced
- 1 each lemon, lime and orange, cut in thin half-slices
- 1 Golden Delicious apple, cut in thin wedges
