Spice Rub for beef

This spice rub is perfect for all cuts of beef
- 2 Tablespoons House seasoning
- 2/3 Cup Mexican chili powder (regular chili Powder works just fine)
- 3 Tablespoons packed brown sugar
- 2 Tablespoons ground black pepper ( I use corse ground)
- 4 teaspoons dried oregano
- 4 teaspoons ground cumin
- 4 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

- COLOSIMO'S brand sausage is the best sausage I've found. You can find it at Costco about 3 times a year. Stock up whenever you can. Its worth it.

- 1/4 cup dark rum or water
- 1/2 cup golden raisins
- 1/4 pound (1 stick) unsalted butter
- 1 cup unsulfured molasses
- 1 cup (8 ounces) sour cream
- 1 1/2 teaspoons grated orange zest

- 3/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 1/2 teaspoons ground ginger
