Crockpot Lentils

From GE Appliances website
- 3 cups water
- 2 cups dried lentils, rinsed and drained
- 1-1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1 cup sliced or prepared baby carrots
- 1/2 cup green bell pepper, chopped
- 1/2 cup onion, chopped
- 2 stalks celery, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme (use more if fresh is used)
- 1 teaspoon dried basil (use more if fresh is used)
- Salt and pepper to taste

Broccoli Cauliflower Salad

Whisk dressing ingredients
- Salad:
- 1/2 head each, broccoli and cauliflower, cut into small florets
- 6-8 slices bacon, cooked and diced
- 2 cups seedless grapes, halved, or more to taste
- 1/3 cup diced red onion, or more to taste
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans, or more to taste
- 1 small English cucumber, diced (May not need all)
- Shredded cheddar cheese
- Dressing:
- 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup real mayo
- 1/3 cup red wine vinegar
- 1 T sugar
- 1/2 t dried thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste

Got this recipe from watching a video that was part of the Underground Wellness Summit titled "Just Eat Real Food
- 3 green onions
- 3 cloves garlic
- Flank Steak or strip steak cut against grain into bite size pieces
- 3 T - 1/4 c arrow root powder
- 1/2 t sea salt
- 1/2 t black pepper
- Red pepper flakes ( optional)
- Ginger
- 1/2 c chicken or beef broth
- 1/2 c honey
- Some type of fat or cooking oil (bacon fat is good)
- Coconut aminos

- 3 lbs red potatoes
- 6 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 stick grass fed butter (I use much less and it still tastes great)
- 4 ounces cream cheese
- 2 tablespoons fresh chives (If you don't have chives, use the tops of green onions)
- 1 teaspoon salt
- Milk (not in original recipe, but needed to get a creamy consistency)

- 1 t kosher salt
- 1/2 t fresh ground black pepper
- 4 frozen chicken breasts
- 4 slices bacon
- 1 jar pasta sauce (mushroom flavored recommended)
- 4 oz. fresh mozzarella, cut into 4 slices
- Pasta of your choice
Minestrone Soup with Kale and Quinoa

- 1 sweet onion - medium diced
- 2 celery stalks - medium diced
- 3 carrots - medium diced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil - or enough to cover the bottom of the pot
- 2 cloves garlic - finely chopped
- 2 cups fresh zucchini - medium diced (about 1 medium or 2 small)
- 2 cups green beans - cut in 1 inch pieces
- 1 bell pepper - medium diced
- 1.75 lbs of fresh tomatoes or 1 x 28 ounces can crushed tomatoes
- 4 cups of water
- 1 15-ounce can of cannellini beans
- 1 15-ounce can of chickpeas
- 1 cup quinoa, uncooked
- 2 cups kale - stems removed
- 1 teaspoon turmeric (or to taste)
- Pinch of red pepper flakes
- Salt and pepper to taste
