Foaming Hand Soap

Use an emptied out foaming hand soap dispenser
- 2 T liquid Castile soap
- 1-2 t fractionated coconut oil (3-4 pumps)
- 5 drops melaleuca essential oils
- 10 drops grapefruit scented oil (can use any scent you like)
- Water, fill to top

- 6 tablespoons garlic powder
- 2 tablespoons +2 teaspoons chili powder (suggests Buena Vida)
- 2 tablespoons +2 teaspoons cumin
- 2 tablespoons salt
- 2 teaspoons coarsely ground black pepper
- 2 teaspoons sweet Paprika
- 2 teaspoons allspice
- 5 pounds or so baby back pork ribs, with back silver skin removed

- 2 cups quinoa, cooked (1 cup uncooked)
- 1/4 cup seedless red grapes, halved
- 1/4 cup sliced carrots
- 6 dried apricots, chopped
- 1 fresh mango cut into cubes
- 1 avocado cut into cubes
- 3 scallions, thinly sliced
- 3 celery stalks, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup fresh blueberries
- 1 purple onion, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup raisins
- Balsamic glaze, preferably Isola Classic Cream
- 1/4 cup crushed raw cashews, toasted (optional)
Black Bean Hummus

- 16 ounces black beans, drained
- 16 ounces butter beans, drained
- 1 clove of garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 2 tablespoons tahini (sesame seed paste)
- 1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 4 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 dash of salt and black pepper, to taste
- 1 bunch of fresh cilantro, for garnish (optional)

- 3 bell peppers of assorted colors, seeded and cored
- 1 1/2 TB traditional fat of choice
- 1/4 tsp sea salt
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/4 tsp cumin
- 1/8 tsp cayenne
- For the Sirloin Steak:
- two 8 oz sirloin steaks
- 1 TB olive oil
- 1 tsp sea salt
- black pepper
- cilantro leaves for garnish
