Brown Sugar Spiced Nut Mix

1. preheat oven to 350 2
- 6 T light brown sugar
- 2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1/4 tsp cardamon
- 1 egg white
- 2 tsp canola oil
- 1 tsp worchestershire
- 1 c pecan halves
- 1/2 c whole almonds
- 1/3 c shelled pumpkin seeds.
Rosemary Chicken and Rice

Combine all and put in buttered casserole dish Bake uncovered 20 minutes until rice is tender (around 400 degrees)
- 2 c diced cooked chicken
- 3/4 c uncooked brown rice
- 1 c browned mushrooms
- 1/3 c slivered almonds
- 1/4 ts rosemary (dried, crushed)
- 1/4 tsp thyme
- 2 1/2 c unsalted chicken stock

- 1 Pound of Ground Beef
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 2 Tablespoons of garlic or garlic paste
- 2 (14 ounce) cans chicken broth or 3 1/2 cups!
- 1 (14.5 ounce) can diced tomatoes
- 1/2 can (14.5 ounce) kidney beans, drained and rinsed
- OR use 1 can of either of the kidney beans so as to not have extras laying around.
- 2 teaspoons chili powder
- 1 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon season salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground pepper
- 10 ounces uncooked elbow pasta noodles
- 2 cups sharp cheddar cheese, shredded

1.In a large bowl, mix together the cake mix and pumpkin puree until a smooth batter forms

Cut loaf into cubes and place evenly in a greased 9x13 pan
- 1 loaf sourdough bread (we used Pepperidge Farm loaf)
- 8 eggs
- 2 cups milk
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 2 TB vanilla
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/2 cup cold butter, cut into pieces

to freeze, boil down by half to conserve space
- 4 lbs chick wings, backs and giblets
- 12 c water
- 1 large onion, quartered
- 2 carrots, cut in 1 inch pieces
- 2 large celery stalks with leaves, cut in 1 inch pieces
- 1 large leek, cut in 1 inch peaces
- 8 sprigs fresh parsley
- 2 sprigs fresh thyme
- 12 whole black peppercorns
- try garlic, rosemary since this recipe calls for no salt)

Combine cabbage mixture with apple cider vinegar, mayo and mustard
- 14 oz or 1 pre-mixed bag of chopped green & red cabbage, carrots
- 2 tbs apple cider vinegar
- 1/4 cup Olive Oil Mayo
- 1/2 tbs dijon mustard
- 1/2 tbs minced onion
- 1/4 tsp each: dill weed, garlic powder, pepper
- 1/4-1/2 tsp salt

grease 8 inch cake pan Place a heavy pot on the stove and preheat over low
- 12 oz semi sweet chocolate
- 9 oz butterscotch
- 1-14oz can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
