Creamy Tomato Sauce and Spaghetti

Heat a large frying pan with 2 tbs
- 29 oz. can of crushed tomatoes
- 1 long hot pepper – chopped with seeds
- 1 sweet onion – diced
- 1/2 cup fresh Italian parsley – chopped
- 5 cloves of garlic – chopped
- 8 oz. package of cream cheese
- 1 tsp. Vegeta chicken stock powder plus 1/4 cup water
- 1 tsp. capers
- 3-4 tbs. red wine
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. black pepper
- 1/4 tsp. red pepper flakes
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 tsp. dried oregano
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 1/4 lb. sliced salami – slice into strips
- 3-4 slices provolone – slice into strips
- Romano cheese for grating
- 2-3 tbs. olive oil and more for drizzling
- 2 lbs. of your favorite spaghetti
Simple Cake with Sobieski Black Cherry Vodka

For the Cake: Preheat Oven 350 degrees: Combine the sugar and butter in a mix master and mix until smooth
- For the Cake:
- 4 eggs
- 3/4 cups sugar
- 1 cup butter
- 3 cups flour
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 cup shredded carrots
- For the Sobieski Black Cherry Vodka Syrup:
- 1/2 cup Sobieski Black Cherry Vodka
- 1/4 cup sugar
- For The Cream Cheese Filling:
- 4 oz. cream cheese - softened
- 4 tbs. butter - softened
- 1/2 cup confectioner’s sugar
Quick and Easy Left-Over Meat Sauce

Heat a large cast iron frying pan with the olive oil
- 4 leftover hamburgers
- 3-4 cloves of garlic – chopped
- 1 tablespoons capers plus 1 tablespoon caper juice
- 1 small red onion
- 1/4 cup red wine
- 28 oz. can peel tomatoes
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
- Fresh grated Romano or Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 lb. of your favorite macaroni
Sweet Potato Soup

This soup is both hearty and good
- 1 large sweet potato – grated
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp chili powder
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 long hot green pepper
- 2 carrots – diced
- 2 stalks celery – diced
- 1 large onion – diced
- 5 cloves garlic – crushed & chopped
- 5 cups chicken broth
- 1 – 28 ounce can of tomatoes
- 1 – 1 lb. 13oz can of Cannellini Beans - drained
- Balsamic Vinegar for drizzling
- 1/2 box of your favorite spaghetti

- 1 cup of fresh peaches – chopped plus 1 tablespoon of flour
- 2 cups of Lubella wheat flour
- 1/2 cup of sugar
- 1 1/2 tsps. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 egg
- Zest of 1/2 lemon
- 2 tbs. melted butter
- 3 tablespoons brown sugar
