Portillo Pasta Salad

Cook Ditalini pasta according to package instructions
- 4 cups cooked Ditalini pasta
- 1 cup cooked and crumbled bacon
- 3 cups chopped romaine lettuce
- 3 cups chopped iceberg lettuce
- 2-1/2 cups chopped red cabbage
- 2 fresh tomatoes, seeded and diced
- 1 cup sliced green onions
- 4 ounces crumbled gorgonzola cheese (about 1 cup)
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
- 2 cloves garlic, peeled and minced
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1/2 cup olive oil

- 1/2 1/2 4 cup (1 stick, 4 ounces) butter
- 1/2 1/2 1/2 cup (3 1/2 ounces) vegetable oil
- 1 3/4 1 3/4 1/4 cups (12 1/4 ounces) granulated sugar
- 1 1 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 1 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 1/2 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 1/2 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 2 2 large eggs
- 1/2 1/2 1/2 cup (4 ounces) sour cream or Greek yogurt
- 2 1/2 2 1/2 1/2 cups (10 1/2 ounces) Unbleached All-Purpose Flour
- 3/4 3/4 1/4 cup (2 1/4 ounce) Dutch-process cocoa
- 2 2 2 teaspoons espresso powder, optional but tasty
- 2 2 10″ 12 shredded zucchini (about one 10″ zucchini – 12 ounces)
- 1 1 1 cup (6 ounces) chocolate chips
