Breakfast Cleanse Soup

Steven and Chris
- 2 tbsp Camilina oil, (can also use organic ghee or olive oil)
- 1 medium Onion, diced into small pieces
- 1 Clove Garlic, minced into small pieces
- 2 inch Fresh Ginger, minced
- 2 stalks Celery stalks, chopped
- 2 medium sized Carrots, Chopped into small pieces
- 1 medium sized Sweet Potato, Cut into 1" cubes
- 1 tbsp Dried Seaweed
- 3 stalks Organic Chard or a Spinach Bunch, Chopped
- 1 can Organic Beans
- 6 cups Stock (bone broth, chicken, beef or vegetable stock)
- To taste Salt and Pepper
- 1/4 tsp Celery Seed
- Pinch Savory or Marjoram
- 1 Bay Leaf
- 1 tsp spices Thyme, tarragon, bay leaf, turmeric, paprika , Choose your spices according to taste
Champagne Cocktails

- 1 oz champagne
- 1 oz Raspberry Vodka
- 1.5 oz white cranberry juice
- 1.5 oz red cranberry juice
Pancetta Crisps with Goat Cheese and Pear

Preheat oven to 450. Place pancetta slices in a single layer on large rimmed baking sheet
- 16 thin slices pancetta
- 16 tsp from goat cheese
- 2 very ripe pears, halved, cored and cut into 1/4 inch thick slices

- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup unsweetened coconut, medium shred
- 1 cup icing sugar, sifted
- 1/4 teaspoon fine salt
- 1/2 cup cold unsalted butter

- 1 8 ounce pkg cream cheese, room temperature
- 2 cups sugar
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 3 large eggs
- 1/2 cup lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon finely grated lemon zest
- 1/2 cup drained, crushed pineapple
- icing sugar, for dusting
Frozen Lemon Meringue Cake

- Meringue Layer
- 4 large egg whites at room temperature for 30 minutes
- 1/2 teaspoon cream of tartar
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup sugar
- For Filling
- 1/2 cup fresh lemon juice (from 2 medium lemons)
- 1 1/2 tablespoons fresh lemon zest (from 2 medium lemons)
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 4 large egg yolks
- 2 whole large eggs
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 stick (6 tablespoons) unsalted butter, cut into tablespoon pieces
- 1 pint (2 cups) vanilla ice cream (preferably premium)
- Special equipment: 2 (15- by 12-inch) sheets of parchment paper; an 8-inch (20-cm) springform pan
Holiday Orange Eggnog

In a large punch bowl stir together all ingredients except ice cream
- 8 cups prepared eggnog
- 2 cups milk
- 1 12 oz can frozen orange juice, concentrate thawed.
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 4 cups vanilla ice cream

- 1 12 ozl can pineapple chunks
- 1 6 oz mandarin orange
- 2 cup shredded coconut
- 1/4 cup maraschino cherries plus more for garnish (drained)
- 1 cup fresh red grapes
- 12 oz Sour cream
- 3/4 cup Mini marshmallows plus more for garnish
- Whipped cream for garnish
Cherry-Berry Chiller Smoothie

This frothy "milkshake" seems indulgent but makes a smart snack, thanks to low-glycemic strawberries and cherries
- SERVINGS: 2
- 1/2 c chilled unsweetened vanilla almond milk
- 1/2 c 2% plain Greek-style yogurt
- 1 c frozen strawberries
- 1/2 c frozen sweet cherries (we used Earthbound Farm Organic)

Lemon Poppy Seed Muffins

- 2 cups flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup poppy seeds
- 3/4 cup butter softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1/4 cup plain yogurt
- zest and juice of 2 lemons (1/2 cup juice )
- Glaze juice of 1 lemon and 1/3 cup icing sugar Combine to runny.
Sautéed Chicken Breasts with Fava Beans and Green Garlic

Bring a saucepan of lightly salted water to a boil over high heat
- Kosher salt and freshly ground pepper, to taste
- 2 lb. fava beans in their pods, shelled
- 2 stalks green garlic
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves, each about 6 oz.
- 2 Tbs. extra-virgin olive oil
- 2 Tbs. unsalted butter
- 1/4 cup dry white wine or vermouth
- 3/4 cup low-sodium chicken broth
