Old-Fashioned Sour Cream Cookies

This is the perfect cookie, and therefore the only recipe worth returning to
- FOR THE TOPPING:
- 3 cups sifted all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup butter or regular margarine, softened
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla (or 2 teaspoons grated lemon peel)
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Baked Brie with Roasted Garlic

The garlic is mellow and sweet in this recipe, even if you are not a fan of Brie you should try this
- 1 whole garlic bulb
- 1 1/2 tsp plus 1 Tbs olive oil, divided
- 1 Tbs minced fresh rosemary or 1 tsp dried crushed rosemary
- 1 Round loaf sourdough bread (1 lb)
- 1 Round 8oz of Brie or Camembret Cheese
- 1 Loaf French bread baguette sliced and toasted
- Red & Green grapes
- Red & Green apples
Prosciutto-Wrapped Beef Cubes with Mustard Pan Sauce

So quick and easy it is ridiculous! Nothing this easy should be this delicious! If you don't have heavy cream
- 1 pound tender cut beef, cut into roughly 2-inch cubes to make 12 pieces
- Freshly ground black pepper
- 1/4 pound prosciutto
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 small shallot, diced
- 1/2 cup chicken stock
- 1 tablespoon coarse-grain mustard
- 2 tablespoons heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons freshly chopped parsley leaves
Pork Tenderloin in Slow Cooker

- 2 pound Pork Tenderloin
- 1/4 cup low sodium soy sauce
- 1 TBS Yellow Mustard
- 2-3 TBS maple syrup
- 2 TBS olive oil
- 2 TBS Diced dried onions
- 1 1/2 TSP Garlic Salt or Powder

- Sauce:
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 large onion
- 1/2 pound lean ground beef cooked and drained
- 1/2 red bell pepper, chopped
- 1 small zucchini, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1-6 oz. can tomato paste
- 1-8 oz. can tomato sauce {+1/2 can water to wash out can}
- 1-14.5 oz. can diced tomatoes
- 1 tablespoon dried basil
- 1/2 tablespoon dried oregano
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- salt & pepper to taste
- for the cheese filling-
- 1-10 oz. tub Philadelphia Brand Italian Herb & Cheese Cooking Cream
- 1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 3/4 pound mozzarella cheese, grated & divided
- 1/3 cup ricotta cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 egg
- Quick note: I used a new product called Philadelphia Brand (like the Cream Cheese) Italian Herb & Cheese Cooking Cream. If you can’t find it in your store, just add in more ricotta!
- Pasta:
- 21 lasagna pasta sheets
- Parchment Paper
Jumbo Lump Crab Cake Recipe

Sautee green pepper & onion in pan w/ butter
- Ingredients
- 1/4 cup Green Bell Pepper (chopped)(optional)
- 1/4 cup Yellow Onion (chopped)
- 2 TBSP Butter
- 1/2 TBSP Lea & Perron’s Worcester Sauce
- 1 Shake Franks Hot Sauce
- 1 TBSP Grey Poupon Mustard
- 2 TBSP All Purpose Flour
- 1/2 cup Milk
- Jumbo lump crabmeat
- Cocktail Sauce
- 6 oz Heinz Ketchup
- 2 oz prepared Horseradish
- 1/2 juice of fresh lemon
- or try a
- Champagne Mustard Sauce
- 3 oz. Grey Poupon Mustard
- 3 oz Hellmans Mayonnaise
- 1 oz Lea & Perrins Worcheshire Sauce
- 1 oz concentrated Orange Juice
- 2 oz prepared Horseradish
- Combine all ingredients in bowl. Serve Chilled.
Sloppy Bombay Joes

These Sloppy Bombay Joe's are SO So GOOD
- Sauce:
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon minced ginger
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 serrano chile, seeded and finely minced (save the other half for the turkey)
- 1 teaspoon garam masala
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1 (15-ounce) can tomato sauce
- 1 cup water
- Turkey Joe's:
- 3 to 4 tablespoons vegetable oil
- Small handful shelled pistachios, about 1/4 cup
- Small handful raisins, about 1/4 cup
- 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
- 1/2 large white onion, finely diced
- 1 red bell pepper, seeds and membrane removed, finely diced (optional)
- 1/2 serrano chile, seeds intact (don't chop it up unless you like things spicy!)
- Kosher salt
- 1 pound ground turkey
- 1/2 teaspoon honey
- 1/4 cup half-and-half
- Small handful chopped fresh cilantro (soft stems included)
- 4 to 6 hamburger buns
Cracker Cookies

Normally everyone makes these only at the holidays, but really, they are good year round
- 1 sleeve Club Crackers
- 12 oz Semi Sweet Chocolate Chip Morsels or Butterscotch Morsels (to cover- sometimes we use more.. don't make too thick, though.
- 1 Cup (2 sticks) Butter
- 1/2 Cup Sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- Finely Chopped Walnuts or sliced almonds
