Buffalo Chicken Wing Soup

Combine all ingredients except garnish I n a 5 quart slow cooker
- 6 cups milk
- 3 (10 3/4 oz.) cans cream of chicken soup
- 3 cups chicken, cooked and shredded
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/4 to 1/2 cup hot pepper sauce
- Garnish: shredded Monterey Jack cheese, chopped green onions
Coffee-Braised Pulled Pork Sandwiches Recipe

Adding coffee to meat makes it more flavorful
- 1 boneless pork shoulder butt roast (3 to 3-1/2 pounds)
- 1/3 cup ground coffee beans
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 2 tablespoons canola oil
- 2 celery ribs, chopped
- 1 large carrot, chopped
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 cups chicken stock
- 1-1/2 cups strong brewed coffee
- 2 tablespoons minced fresh parsley
- 1 teaspoon coriander seeds
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon whole peppercorns, crushed
- 1 cinnamon stick (3-inches)
- 1 bay leaf
- 10 hoagie or kaiser buns, split
- 10 slices pepper jack cheese
Foolproof Standing Rib Roast

- House Seasoning:
- 1 (5-pound) standing rib roast
- 1 tablespoon House Seasoning, recipe follows
- 1 cup salt
- 1/4 cup black pepper
- 1/4 cup garlic powder

- 2 tsp. olive oil
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 6 cups coarsely chopped packed kale (about 5 oz.)
- 1/2 cup dry white wine or low sodium fat free chicken broth
- 6 cups low sodium fat free chicken broth
- 2 cups chopped skinless rotisserie chicken breast
- 1/2 cup uncooked long grain rice
- 1 tsp. fresh thyme leaves
- 1/4 tsp. sssalt
- 1 bay leaf

- 14 dried lasagna noodles
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 1/2 cups finely chopped carrots (3 medium)
- 2 cups finely chopped zucchini (1 medium)
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 cups sliced fresh mushrooms (8 ounces)
- 2 6 ounce package prewashed baby spinach
- 2 tablespoons snipped fresh basil
- 1 egg, lightly beaten
- 1 15 ounce carton ricotta cheese
- 1/3 cup finely shredded Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper

Heat olive oil in a large skillet or Dutch oven over medium high heat
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 onion, diced
- 8 ounces ground beef
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 (14.5-ounce) can diced tomatoes
- 3/4 cup canned white kidney beans, drained and rinsed
- 3/4 cup canned kidney beans, drained and rinsed
- 2 teaspoons chili powder
- 1 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
- 10 ounces uncooked elbows pasta
- 3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley leaves
Lemon-Herb Potatoes

- 3 pounds assorted small potatoes, halved
- 3/4 cup assorted chopped fresh herbs
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 1 garlic clove, minced

- 3 cups chopped cooked chicken (about 4 skinned and boned chicken breast halves)
- 1/2 cup minced green onions
- 2 celery ribs, chopped
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans, toasted
- 2/3 cup light mayonnaise
- 2 to 3 tablespoons prepared horseradish
- 2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon grated lemon rind
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper

- For Chili Base:
- 1 to 1 1/2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 2 (14oz) cans fire roasted tomatoes
- 12 oz beer (something you love to drink!)
- 1 15oz can pinto beans
- 1 8oz can tomato sauce with roasted garlic
- 1-3 chipotle peppers in adobo, plus a little sauce (I used 2 small peppers and 1 tablespoon of sauce)
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon dried cilantro
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- For Cheese Sauce:
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1 1/2 cups milk
