- Salt
- 1 cup orzo
- 12 ounces thick-cut bacon, cut into 1/2-inch pieces
- 1 1/2 pounds leeks, white and tender green parts only, thinly sliced
- 10 ounces baby spinach
- 8 ounces feta cheese, crumbled
- Freshly ground pepper
- 4 large eggs
- 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup milk

- 2 sticks unsalted butter, softened
- 1/3 cup confectioners' sugar
- 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 1 large egg yolk
- Maldon salt, for sprinkling

- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup ketchup
- 1/4 cup sweet pickle relish
- 2 teaspoons worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1/4 cup (or less)milk, do not add if you like it thick (optional)
- 1 very finely chopped boiled egg (we like/this is optional!)
