SMOKED SALMON DIP

Flake salmon, check for and remove bones add remaining ingredients, blend

- 1/2 lb. cream cheese
- 2 tbsp. sour cream
- 1 tbsp. mayonnaise
- juice of 1 lemon

Scalloped Potatoes Western Style

- 6 large brown potatoes, quartered and thinly sliced
