In a large mixing bowl, sift flour and confectioners sugar
- 1 cup flour
- 1/2 cup confectioners sugar
- 1/2 cup cornstarch
- 3/4 cup butter
- 1 cup very finely chopped pecans
Upside Down Cheesecake Apple Pie

- 1 can apple pie filling
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 1 stick butter
CRIPSY CHEDDAR CHICKEN

combine soup, sour cream, and butter in medium sauce pan
- 2 pounds chicken tenders or 4 large chicken breasts
- 2 sleeves Ritz crackers
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 3 cups grated sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 large onion, diced
- 1 teaspoon parsley
- SAUCE
- 1 10oz can cream of chicken soup
- 2 tablespoons sour cream
