Chicken and Vegetable Saute

1. Fill a 3-quart saucepan about 2/3 full with water; add 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 4 medium carrots, cut lengthwise into strips
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 4 medium boneless skinless boneless chicken breasts (1-1/4 lb. total), cut lengthwise into thirds
- 1/2 of a medium red onion, cut in thin wedges
- 1/2 cup reduced-sodium chicken broth
- 1 15-oz. great Northern beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 Tbsp. finely shredded lemon peel
PRALINE BACON

Heat the oven to 400 degrees F
- 1 pound thick cut bacon
- 2 1/2 ounces light brown sugar, about 6 tablespoons
- 1 1/2 ounces pecan halves
Butermilk Pancakes (Perfect)

Adjust oven rack to middle position and heat oven to 200 degrees
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 tablespoons Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- 2 cups Buttermilk
- 1/4 cup Sour cream
- 2 Large eggs
- 3 tablespoons Unsalted butter, melted and cooled
- 1-2 teaspoons Vegetable oil
Marinated Fajitas

Combine all ingredients in a dish, pour over the meat in Zip Lock bag
- For Marinade
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil (Olive Oil)
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup vinegar
- 1/8 tsp. hot paprika (or Reg.)
- 1/8 cup Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp. dried rosemary
- 1/2 cup onion, finely chopped (or 2Tlbs. Dried Flake)
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- For Cooking Chicken
- 4 Skinless Chicken Breast
- 1 Tbs Conola Oil
- 1 Onion (Sliced)
- 1 Red Bell Pepper (Cut into strips)
Taco Seasoning Mix

Mix spices together and mix into 1 lb
- 1 - 2 Tbsp. minced onion (dehydrated type)
- 1 Tbsp. chili powder
- 1 tsp. cumin
- 1 tsp. garlic salt
- 1/2 tsp. oregano
- 1/2 tsp. cornstarch

Measure milk. Take just enough out to make a thin smooth paste when added to sugar and corn starch
- 3 cups milk
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup corn starch
- 3 eggs
- 1 small can coconut
- 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla

- 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
- 6 garlic cloves, thinly sliced or (3/4 Tsp. Dried)
- 1/2 cup low-sodium soy sauce
- 1 1/2 sticks (6 ounces) unsalted butter, cut into tablespoons and chilled
- Freshly ground pepper
Raspberry Tea Cocktail

STIR all ingredients in plastic or glass pitcher until drink mix is dissolved
- 1 pkt. (0.07 oz.) CRYSTAL LIGHT On The Go Natural Lemon Flavor Iced Tea Mix

- 1 qt. (4 cups) cold water
- 1/4 cup rum
