I use raw milk, bought from a local dairy
- 1 1/2 C. Flour
- 3 1/2 tsp. Baking Powder
- 1 tbs. Sugar
- 1/2 tsp. Salt
- 3 tbs. Butter (melted)
- 1 Egg
- 1 1/4 C. Milk
Best Fudge

Put sugar and milk in a large, very hevy saucepan and bring slowly to a rolling boil
- 4 1/2 cups granulated sugar
- 1 large can evaporated milk
- 3 6-ounce packages chocolate chips
- 1 10-ounce package miniature marshmallows
- 1/2 cup butter or margarine
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 cups chopped nuts
Teriyaki Sauce / Marinade

mix all ingredients together great on steak or chicken
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup oil
- 2 tablespoons molasses / can substitute Mirin
- 2 teaspoons ground ginger
- 6 cloves minced garlic

Strawberry Swirl Cream Cheese Pound Cake

Preheat oven to 350°. Beat butter at medium speed with a heavy-duty electric stand mixer until creamy
- 1 1/2 cups butter, softened
- 3 cups sugar
- 1 (8-oz.) package cream cheese, softened
- 6 large eggs
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon almond extract
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2/3 cup strawberry glaze
- 1 (6-inch) wooden skewer
Thibodeaux’s Turkey Chili

1. In a large saucepan, heat the oil over moderately low heat
- 1 . 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 . 1 onion, chopped
- 3 . 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 . 11/4 pound Ground Turkey
- 5 . 4 teaspoons chili powder
- 6 . 1 tablespoon ground cumin
- 7 . 2 teaspoons dried oregano
- 8 . 1 teaspoon salt
- 9 . 2 jalapeño peppers, seeds and ribs removed, chopped
- 10 . 28 Ounce canned crushed tomatoes with their juice
- 11 . 2 1/2 cups chicken broth or homemade stock
- 12 . 2 - 15-Ounce cans drained and rinsed pinto beans
- 13 . 1/2 teaspoon fresh-ground black pepper
- 14 . 1/3 cup chopped cilantro (optional)
Herb and Lime Chicken

Brown chicken pieces on both sides in a frying pan for about 10 minutes over medium heat, flip once
- 8 boneless skinless chicken
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1 tbsp. butter
- 3 tbsp. lime juice
- 1/2 cup water / or chicken broth
- 1/4 tsp. basil
- 1/4 tsp. oregano
- 1 bay leaf
Taco Seasoning Mix

Mix spices together and mix into 1 lb
- 1 - 2 Tbsp. minced onion (dehydrated type)
- 1 Tbsp. chili powder
- 1 tsp. cumin
- 1 tsp. garlic salt
- 1/2 tsp. oregano
- 1/2 tsp. cornstarch
Meat Balls

In large bowl, mix all ingredients, and form into balls
- 2 lbs. ground beef
- 1 Lb. Italian suage
- 2 C bread crumbs (I like Italian seasoned)
- 6 oz. DiGiorno Three Cheese (Parmesan,Romano,and Asiago)
- 4 eggs
- 1 clove garlic - grated
- 1/2 C water
- chopped parsley
- salt & pepper to taste
- 1 large onion - grated
