Brown meat and add onion,beer,sugar,mustard, Ketchup and add Spices
- 1 1/4 Lb. Ground Meat
- 1 Tbsb. Brown Sugar
- 6 0z. Beer
- 1/2 Tsp. Prepared Mustard
- 1 Cup Ketchup
- 1 Small chopped onion
- 1/4 tsp. Paprika
- Black Pepper
- 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
- Salt
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 Tbsb. Vinegar
Old-Fashioned Macaroni and Cheese

PREHEAT oven to 350°F. Melt butter in large saucepan on low heat
- 3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 cups milk
- 2 cups KRAFT Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese, divided
- 1 pkg. (7 oz.) elbow macaroni (1-3/4 cups), cooked, drained
Easy Homemade Macaroni & Cheese

PREHEAT oven to 350°F. Mix milk and eggs in large bowl
- 1 can (5 oz.) evaporated milk
- 2 eggs, lightly beaten
- 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted
- 1/4 to 1/2 tsp. ground red pepper
- 1/2 lb. (8 oz.) VELVEETA Pasteurized Prepared Cheese Product, cut up
- 1 cup KRAFT Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 2 cups (8 oz.) elbow macaroni, cooked, drained
Marinated Fajitas

Combine all ingredients in a dish, pour over the meat in Zip Lock bag
- For Marinade
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil (Olive Oil)
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup vinegar
- 1/8 tsp. hot paprika (or Reg.)
- 1/8 cup Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp. dried rosemary
- 1/2 cup onion, finely chopped (or 2Tlbs. Dried Flake)
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- For Cooking Chicken
- 4 Skinless Chicken Breast
- 1Tbs Conola Oil
- 1 Onion (Sliced)
- 1 Red Bell Pepper (Cut into strips)

- 1 can cream-style corn 8 1/4 oz
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1/3 cup cooking oil
- 2 eggs (beaten)
- 1/2 tsp baking soda (see note)
- 1/2 tsp salt - 1/2 tsp baking powder (see note)
- 1 tbs sugar (optional)
- 1 can green chilis (chopped) drained
- 3 jalapeno chilis (chopped)
- 1 3/4 cup corn meal
- 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
- 2 oz Piementos (drained)

- 2 tablespoons butter or margarine
- 1 cup uncooked rice
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tomato, peeled, seeded, and chopped
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 teaspoon cumin seed
- Salt
Thibodeaux’s Barbecue Brisket

Sprinkle brisket with onion, garlic and celery salts
- 5 - 6 lb. Brisket
- Onion salt (to taste)
- Garlic salt (to taste)
- Celery salt (to taste)
- 3 oz. liquid smoke
- Salt (to taste)
- Pepper (to taste)
- 1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
- 3/4 c. barbeque sauce
ELECTRIC SKILLET BBQ PORK STEAKS

To make BBQ sauce, combine all ingredients except pork and seasoned salt in a saucepan and bring to a boil
- 4 pork steaks
- season salt
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/4 cup cider vinegar
- 4 tbsp brown sugar
- 3/4 cup ketchup
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp seasoned salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
