- 1 3/4 teaspoons of vanilla extract and 1/4 teaspoon almond extract

- 1 1/2 cups (10.5 oz) granulated or superfine granulated sugar**

- 1 1/2 cups plus 2 tablespoons cake flour (6.5 oz) or White Lily flour
