- 1 cup shredded romaine lettuce
- 3/4 cup packaged coarsely shredded carrots
- 1/2 cup bite-size strips zucchini
- 1/2 cup bite-size strips peeled jicama
- 2 green onions, cut into thin bite-size strips
- 6 8-inch rice papers
- 6 sprigs fresh flat-leaf parsley

- 4 shrimp (26 to 30 shrimp per pound)
- 1 ounce prociutto
- 3 ounces pineapple
- 2 ounces tropical slsa
- 2 tablespoons clarified butter

- 2 tablespoons chef's seasoning

- 1 pound sausage, cut into 1 inch pieces
- 2 ham hocks
- 2 large onions, chopped
- 8 cloves garlic,minced
- 1 stalk celery, chopped

- 2 green peppers, chopped
- 1 teaspoon cayenne
- 1 tablespoon salt

- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees
- 11 Tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
- 1 cup brown sugar, packed
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 1/2 cups flour
- 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- 3 regular sized Hershey’s bars, broken into pieces
- 1-2 packages graham crackers, broken into squares
Sauce, Chimichurri

In a blender or food processor, combine all ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups lightly packed fresh flat-leaf parsley
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup rice vinegr
- 6 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper.

One of my better soups
- 5 cans tomatoes
- 3 cans stewed with garlic, basil, and oregano
- 2 cans diced plain tomatoes
- 4 cloves garlic chopped fine
- 1 whole onion chopped
- 1/4 green bell pepper chopped
- 3 stalks celery chopped
- 8 baby carrots chopped
- 1/4 teaspoon rosemary
- 1/2 teaspon oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon basil
- 1/2 teaspoon thyme
- 1 Tablespoon garlic salt
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon of black pepper
- 1/2 to 1 teaspoon cajun spice
- 2 lbs stew meat browned then into soup

- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1 small clove garlic minced
- 1/4 cup all purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon dillweed
- 1 (10 1/2 ounce ) can beef broth
- 1 (2 ounce) can sliced mushrooms
- 2 cups cooked shrimp
- 1 cup plain yogurt at room temperature.

- 18 fresh or frozen jumbo shrimp in shells (about 2 pounds)
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon sesame seeds, toasted
- 1 8-ounce can no-salt-added tomato sauce
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped red onion
- 2 tablespoon bottled plum sauce
- 2 tablespoons bottled chili sauce
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 2 teaspoons reduced-sodium soy sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon finely shredded orange peel
