Shrimlp, Grilled with Cheesy Pasta

In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 shallot, minced
- 5 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon minced fresh parsley
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons white wine
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 2 pounds peeled and deveined large shrimp (tails left on)
- Cheesy Pasta (reacipe follows)
- Garnish: chopped fresh parsley

- 1 lb fetuccine or penne pasta
- 1 lb medium shrimp peeled and deveined
- 2 tablespoons minced onion
- 4 cups heavy whipping cream
- pinch red crushed pepper
- pinch tarragon
- parsley (chopped) for garnish
- 1 cup shredded parmesan cheese
- salt and pepper to taste

- Sloppy Seasoning Mix
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon blak pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon white pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon rushed red pepper flakes
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 2 teaspoons paprika
- Shrimp
- 1 stick, plus 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, divided
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons finely hopped fresh garlic
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh rosemary (I only used one T. )
- 1/2 cup dark beer, room temperature
- 1/2 cup Shrimp stock (Can use bottled clam juice)
- 2 pounds large headless shrimp in the shells
- 1 tablespoon LuLu's Perfect Pepper Hot Sauce ( I used Frank's)
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- Juice of 1 lemon
- Zest of 1 lemon
- 2 tablespoons minced fresh parsley
- 1 loaf French bread or Asiago bread
