Chicken Rice Soup

Microwave 1 cup rice - 2 c water - high 5 minutes the power 5 15 minutes
- 1 whole chicken - cut apart
- 2 qts water
- 1 onion chopped
- 3/4 cup celery chopped
- 1 1/2 tsp salt (optional or 3 chicken buillon cubes)
- 1 cup carrots
- dash of pepper
- 2 T parsley
- 1 cup rice cooked
- 1 T onion flakes

Mix together thoroughly and shake again before you sprinkle it on fish,shrimp, poultry, or beef

Clean the clams and place them in a large pot along with the garlic and water
- 4 quarts littleneck clams (abt 1 2/3 cups cooked) chopped
- 1 garlic clove chopped
- 1 cup water
- 2 ounces salt pork finely chopped
- 2 cups chopped onions
- 3 tablespoons flour
- 1 1/2 pounds potatoes peeled, and diced into 1/2" cubes
- 4 1/2 cups clam broth
- 3 cups fish Stock
- 2 cups light cream
- Oyster crackers (optional)

- 5 large eggs, separated
- 9 ounces sugar
- 5 tablespoons water
- 2 ounces rum
- 2 tablespoons vanilla
- 5 1/2 ounces cake flur
- 1/2 cup fine ground toasted almonds
- Cream yolks, sugar, water, rum and vanilla until fluffy. Add beaten egg whites and fold in. Add cake flour and almonds; fold in. Bake in prepared pan for 12-15 minutes at 350 degrees F.

- 9 ouncess cream cheese
- juice and rind of 1 lemon
- 2 tablelspoons vanilla
- 1 cup custard pudding, homemade or from package mix
- 4 tablespoons water with 3 small packages of Knox gelatin
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 8 ounces whipped heavy cream
- 5 ounces white chocolate melted
