Dip (The Famous Lipton California Dip

Blend all ingredients together, chill at least 2 hours
- 1 envelope Lipton Recipe Secrets Onion Soup mix
- 1 (16 ounce) container regular or light sour cream

In a large saucepan of boiling water, cook pasta according to package directions
- 1 lb taglistelle,
- penne or fettuccine pasta
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 8 ounces. zucchini (quartered then sliced)
- 1 small onion diced
- 1/2 red bell pepper
- 2 ounces black olives (pitted, sliced)
- 8 ounces broccoli flowerets
- 4 garlic cloves finely chopped
- 4 ounces mushrooms (quartered)
- 8 ounces of clear chicken broth
- fresh basil and parsley
- crushed red pepper
Bread, Cornmeal and green onion fritters

In a medium bowl, combine cheese, corn, green onion, flour, and salt
- 2 cups shredded sharp white Cheddar cheese
- 1 (15.25-ounce) can whole kernel corn, drained
- 1/4 cup minced green onion
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3 egg whites, beaten stiff
- 2 cups yellow cornmeal, divided
- Peanut Oil for frying
- Remoulade sauce (recipe under sauces)
Shrimp BUtter

1. Place shrimp in the bowl of a food processor
- 1 pound boiled shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 stick unsalted butter, softened
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 4 whole cloves garlic, peeled
- 3 tablespoons sherry or sweet wine such as sake or white Zinfandel
- 1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon white pepper
- 1 tablespoon plus 1 teaspoon chopped fresh parsley
Greek Food--Chicken Souvlaki

To prepare souvlaki, combine the first 5 ingredients in a zip-lock plastic bag; seal and shake to combine
- 3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 1 1/2 teaspoons chopped fresh or 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 2 teaspoons olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/2 pound skinless, boneless chicken breast, cut into 1-inch pieces.
Strawberries, Strawberry Tiramisu Bites

- 1/2 cup strawberry preserves at room temperature
- 1 1/2 (6.3 ounce) packages miniature bite-sized sweet tart shells
- 1 (8-ounce) package mascarpone cheese, softned
- 1/4 cup Lioncello or lemonade
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 3/4 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1/4 cup confectiners' sugar
- 1 teaspoon lemon extract
- 2 quarts fresh strawberries, halved
Salad Sherried Chicken and Grape

Combine the chicken, grapes, almonds, celery and green onions in a large bowl and toss to mix
- 6 cups chopped cooked chicken
- 3 cups sliced green seedless grapes
- 1 cup slivered almonds, toasted
- 2 ribs celery, chopped
- 3 green onions, minced
- 3/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoons sherry
- 1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt
- 1/2 teaspoon seasoned pepper

- 1 cup rice
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1/2 cup chopped green oives

- 2 1/2 ccups shelled raw peanuts

Mushrooms Marinated

In a large sauce pan of boiling water, add bay leaves, tarragon, crushed red pepper and cook for 5 minutes
- 2 lbs. button mushrooms
- 2 stalks celery sliced
- 1 red pepper diced
- 1 green pepper diced
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- olive oil as needed
- 4 bay leaves
- 2 tablespoons tarragon
- 1 tablespoon crushed red pepper
- salt and pepper to taste
