Spicy ROasted Chix Legs

Melt 2 sticks of butter in a saucepan
- 24 whole Chicken Legs
- 2 sticks Butter
- 1 Tablespoon Hot Salt (or You Favorite Seasonings)
- 1/2 cups Lemon Juice (or To Taste)
Turkish Pizza

1.Place a pizza stone or inverted baking sheet on the lowest oven rack; preheat oven to 500° F or highest setting
- rnmeal, for dusting
- 12 ounces Whole-Wheat Pizza Dough, (recipe follows) or other prepared dough
- 1 teaspoon plus 1 tablespoon extra virgin-olive oil, divided
- 1 1/2 cups grated fontina, or Monterey Jack cheese
- 1 1/2 cups diced tomatoes, (2 medium)
- 1 cup diced sweet onion, such as Vidalia (1 medium)
- 2 tablespoons minced seeded jalapeno pepper, (1 pepper)
- 2 ounces sliced pastrami, diced (1/2 cup), optional
- Freshly ground pepper, to taste
- 1/3 cup fresh flat-leaf parsley leaves, torn
Buffalo Chicken Dip

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F
- 2 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup blue cheese or ranch salad dressing
- 1 cup hot sauce
- 1 cup crumbled blue cheese
- 4 ounces mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 4 (9.75-ounce) cans chicken in water, drained
- Crackers, chips, and/or veggies, for dipping

Directions 1.In medium bowl, combine egg, 1/2 cup flour, beer and baking powder
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 2/3 cup beer
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 cups flaked coconut
- 24 shrimp
- 3 cups oil for frying
Bruschetta

Mix all together and set aside
- one day old baguette, cut into slices
- chopped tomatoes( plum tomatoes best but doesn't matter)
- > Fresh basil
- > Fresh oregano
- > salt
Cabbage Roll Casserole

Saute onion and margerine in skillet
- 1 med onion, chopped
- 3 T melted margarine
- 1 lb ground beef
- 3/4 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp pepper
- 6 cups coarsely shredded cabbage
- 1 can tomato soup
Lemon Crusted Chicken

Preheat oven to 450˚. Prepare chicken breasts by slicing each piece in 1⁄2 lengthwise
- Dipping Mixture:
- 2 Boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- Blend: 2 egg whites
- 2 tsp cornstarch
- Juice of 1⁄2 lemon
- For the Crusting Mixture:
- Combine:
- 1 cup course bread crumbs
- 1 T. chopped fresh parsley
- 1 t. kosher salt
- 1 ⁄4 t. ground black pepper
- Zest of one lemon, minced
- Saute chicken in:
- 3 T olive oil
PG Chang's Mongolian Beef

Make the sauce by heating 2 tsp of vegetable oil in a medium saucepan over med/low heat
- 2 teaspoons vegetable oil
- 1/2 teaspoon ginger, minced
- 1 tablespoon garlic, chopped
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/2 cup water
- 3/4 cup dark brown sugar
- vegetable oil, for frying (about 1 cup)
- 1 lb flank steak
- 1/4 cup cornstarch
- 2 large green onions

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees
- 1 1/4 pounds mushrooms, such as cremini, white and oyster, cleaned and stemmed as needed, then cut into 3/4-inch chunks
- 1 large onion, cut into 3/4-inch chunks
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt
- Freshly ground black pepper
- 1 pound thinly sliced turkey cutlets, no more than 1/4-inch thick
- 2 medium cloves garlic, finely chopped (2 tablespoons)
- 1/2 cup dry white wine
- 2 tablespoons chopped parsley leaves

1. in a large saucepan, combine onions, peppers, tomatos, picante sauce, garlic and cumin
- 1 large onion
- 1/2 cup chopped green peppers
- 1/2 can diced tomatoes, drained (14 oz)
- 1/2 cup picante sauce
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 can (15 oz) black beans, drained
- 4 corn tortillas
- 2 cups shredded mexican cheese
