- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 cup fresh parmesan cheese
- 2 (6-ounce) cans crab meat, drained
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, divided
- 2 tablespoons fresh chives
- 1 clove garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 package wonton wrappers
- Cooking spray
- GARNISH:
- 1 tablespoon fresh chives, optional
Appetizer- Crab Salad in Wonton Cups

Preheat oven to 375 degrees
- For the wonton cups
- Cooking spray
- 18 wonton wrappers, thawed if frozen
- 2 tsps. canola oil
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- For the dressing
- 2 Tbs. fresh lime juice
- 1 tsp. finely grated lime zest
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
- 1/2 tsp. red pepper flakes
- 2 Tbs. olive oil
- For the salad
- 1/2 pound lump crabmeat, picked for shells
- 1 stalk celery, finely diced (1/4 cup)
- 1/2 cup peeled and finely diced ripe mango
- 1/4 cup thinly sliced scallions (white and green parts)
- 2 Tbs. coarsely chopped fresh cilantro

- 1 lb. imitation flaked crab
- 1 cup chopped celery
- 1/2 onion finely chopped
- 8 hard boiled eggs, diced

- 1/2 lb jumbo lump crab meat, pick it over but leave it in large chunks
- 3 tbs finely chopped red pepper
- 2 tbl finely chopped shallots
- 2 tbl finely chopped flat leaf parsley

- 1 egg
- 1/4 tsp cayenne
- Tabasco, several dashs (to taste)
