In a wok or skillet, heat 2 tbsp oil

  • CHICKEN:
  • 1 EGG WHITE
  • 1 TBSP SOY SAUCE
  • 1 TSP CORNSTARCH
  • 1/4 TSP GROUND GINGER OR 1 TSP FRESH
  • 1 LB CHICKEN IN 1/4 “ STRIPS
  • Mix all ingredients except chicken in a bowl. Add chicken and coat thoroughly. Set aside.
