Teriyaki Salmon with Spinach Orzo

Ingredients
- 4 salmon filets (2 pounds total)
- 1 oz canola oil
- 1 oz soy sauce
- 8 oz teriyaki sauce (Kikkoman teriyaki baste & glaze with honey and pineapple
- 8 oz orzo pasta, precooked
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 Tbs olive oil, combine with garlic
- 1/3 cup parmesan cheese
- 8 oz spinach, julienned

Preparation
Step 1
Salmon
1. Dip salmon in soy sauce, then the oil and place the salmon on hot grill, silver side up
2. Grill salmon evenly until done, approx 6-7 minutes
3. Ladle 2 oz teriyaki glaze over each salmon filet while still on the grill
Orzo
1. Precook 8 oz dry orzo. In a hot sauce pan, add olive oil, garlic and orzo. Saute for approx 1 minute. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese and stir
2. Remove pan from heat and add spinach. Toss for approx 3 seconds until spinach is incorporated but not wilted
3. Place spinach and orzo on plate, then add salmon and additional teriyaki glaze if desired
