Ingredients

  • 6 c. cabbage, shredded
  • 2 med. carrots, shredded
  • 1 sm. green pepper, diced
  • 1 sm. onion, diced
  • 3/4 c. oil
  • 1/3 c. vinegar
  • 1/3 c. water
  • 1/4 tsp. mustard seed
  • 1 tsp. celery salt
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 3 oz. lemon Jello

Step 1

Combine cabbage, carrots, green pepper, onion and oil; pour over and let set. Heat vinegar, water, mustard seed, salt and celery salt to a boil, and then add lemon Jello. stir to dissolve. Pour dressing over and refrigerate. Yield: 16 servings.
Note: Keeps for 2 weeks in refrigerator
