Ingredients
- 1 12-ounce bag fresh spinach
- 1/2 cup oil
- 1/4 cup vinegar
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 small can Mandarin oranges
- 1/2 cup of slivered almonds, toasted

Step 1
Wash spinach. Combine all salad dressing ingredients. Toast almonds in the oven. Pour dressing on the spinach. Sprinkle Mandarin oranges and almonds on top.
