Ingredients

  • 1 c. fresh or frozen cranberries, chopped
  • 1/2 c. chopped nuts
  • 1 T. grated orange peel
  • 2 c. all-purpose flour
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 1/2 t. baking powder
  • 1 t. salt
  • 1/2 t. baking soda
  • 2 T. butter
  • 3/4 c. OJ
  • 1 egg, beaten

Preparation

Step 1

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
2. Grease and flour loaf pan
3. Prepare cranberries, nuts and orange peel, set aside
4. Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, sald and soda. Cut in butter. Stir in OJ and egg. Orange peel till moist. Fold in cranberries and nuts.
5. Bake 60 minutes or till toothpick comes out clean. Cool for 5 mins. Remove from pan.
