Ingredients
- 4 cups apples, thinly sliced
- 1/3 cup butter, soft
- 2/3 cup light brown sugar
- 1/2 cup old fashioned rolled oats
- 1/2 cup oat flour or all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt

Step 1
Preheat oven to 375˚F.
Grease a small baking dish with butter, 8, 9, or 10-inch pans will all work great. Spread the apples across the pan. Combine the rest of the ingredients in a medium size bowl and blend with a spoon or your fingers until crumbly.
Sprinkle the topping over the apples and bake for 30 to 32 minutes, until the topping is golden brown and the apples are tender. Serve with ice cream or whipped cream. Enjoy!
