- For Cinnamon Frosting:
- 1 package spice cake mix
- 1 1/3 cups water
- 1/4 cup canola oil
- 3 eggs
- 2 cups shredded zucchini
- 1/2 cup raisins
- 1/4 cup butter, softened
- 1 3/4 cups confectioners' sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1 to 2 tablespoons 2% milk

For Cake: Preheat oven to 375
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 3/4 cup all purpose flour
- 1/2 teas baking powder
- 1/2 teas baking soda
- 1/2 teas ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teas ground cloves
- 1/4 teas salt
- 3 large eggs
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2/3 cup libby's pure pumpkin
- 1 cup walnuts, chopped
- 1 pkg (8oz cream cheese, at room temperature

1. To make the filling, choose a nonstick pot that is large enough to take all the spinach
- 5 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 1/2 cups chopped green onions with some green
- 1 pound 9 ounces spinach leaves (about 2 bunches) washed, drained and shredded
- 1/3 cup coarsely chopped fresh dill
- Salt
- 7 ounces feta, coarsely chopped
- 2 eggs, lightly beaten
- Freshly grated nutmeg
- Freshly ground black pepper
- 27 sheets of phyllo pastry

1. Preheat oven to 350. spray 2 loaf pans with nonstick cooking spray
- 2 1/2 cups pumpkin puree
- 4 large eggs
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil

1. Line a cookie sheet with wax paper and set aside
- 10 peanut butter sandwich cookies (nutter butters)
- 3/4 cup milk chocolate chips
- 1 1/2 tablespoons honey

1. Preheat oven to 450. Unroll piecrusts; stack on a lightly floured surface
- 1 (14.1oz) package refrigerated pie crusts
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 1 tbsp. all purpose flour
- 1 tbsp. plain yellow cornmeal
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 2 tsp. tangerine or orange zest
- 1/3 cup fresh tangerine or orange juice
- 1 tbsp. lemon juice
- 4 large eggs, lightly beaten

1. In a large bowl, combine the water, sugar, gelatin and kool aid mix; stir until sugar is dissolved
- 2 cups boiling water
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 pkg. watermelon gelatin
- 1 envelope unsweetened watermelon cherry kool aid mix
- 2 cups refrigerated watermelon juice blend
- 1/3 cup miniature semisweet chocolate chips
- 2 cups prepared limeade
- 2 to 3 teaspoons green food coloring, optional

- Freshly squeezed juice of 2 lemons

- FOR LEMON GLAZE:
- freshly squeezed juice of 1 lemon
