Jalapeno Bread

Add ingredients according to the bread machine directions
- 1 cup warm water
- 3 cups bread flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons white sugar
- 1/2 tablespoons active dry yeast
- 1/2 cup shredded monterey jack cheese
- 6 tablespoons fresh chopped jalapeno
Jalapeno Cheese Bread

Please all ingredients in bread pan in order according to your bread machine specifications
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/8 cup water
- 1 egg
- 2 cups all purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 tablespoons sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 1/2 teaspoons active dry yeast
- 3/4 cup grated sharp cheddar cheese
- 2 tablespoons seeded and chopped fresh jalapeno peppers or 2 tablespoons canned diced jalapeno peppers
Chocolate Caramel Toffee Brownies

1. Preheat oven to 350. Line a 13x9 inch baking pan with aluminum foil
- 1 (14oz) can sweetened condensed milk
- 6 squares semisweet chocolate, chopped
- 6 squared bittersweet chocolate, chopped
- 1 cup plus 2 tblsp butter, softened and divided
- 1 1/2 cups fimly packed brown sugar
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 1 teas vanilla extract
- 3 cups all purpose flour
- 1 teas salt
- 1 (8oz) package toffee bits
- 1/2 cup hot caramel ice cream topping

1. Generously coat a 9inch pie plate with butter
- FOR CRUST:
- 1 stick cold unsalted butter, cut into pieces, plus more for the pie plate
- 3 cups all purpose flour, plus more for dusting
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/2 cup cold shortening, cubed
- FOR FILLING:
- 6 cups blueberries
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup blueberry jam
- 3 tablespoons all purpose flour, sifted grated zest and juice on 1 lemon

- 2 tblsp unsalted butter
- 1 large onion, spanish, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, split, germ removed, and thinly sliced
- salt and freshly ground white pepper
- 3 leeks, white and light green parts only, split lengthwise, washed, and thinly sliced
- 1 large idaho potato, peeled and cubed
- 6 thyme sprigs
- 2 fresh sage leaves
- 4 cups chicken broth (or water)
- 3 cup whole milk (or water)
Real Tomto Soup

1. Heat the olive oil in a stockpot over medium heat
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 medium vidalia onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 2 1/4 pounds tomatoes, chopped
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh oregano
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh basil

- 1/2 cup sugar

- 1/4 cup refrigerated or frozen egg product, thawed
- 3/4 cup chocolate flavored syrup
- 2/3 cup all purpose flour
- 3 cups assorted fruit such as sliced, peeled kiwifruit; mandarin orange sections; sliced bananas; sliced, peeled peaches; sliced nectarines; strawberries, raspberries, and/or blueberries
- 1/2 cup chocolate-flavored syrup
Deluxe Crockpot Oatmeal

- 1 cup quick cooking oats
- 2 cups milk
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon butter, melted
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 cup finely chopped apple
- 1/2 cup raisins and/or dates
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts or almonds
Cranberry Sauce

- 3 cups fresh cranberries
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 teas finely grated orange zest
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/3 cup fresh orange juice (from 2 oranges)
- 2 whole cloves
- 1 cinnamon stick

- 1 cup chopped onion
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 2 cans reduced sodium chicken broth
- 1 can crushed tomatoes
- 1 can kidnes beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 can (8oz) tomato sauce
- 1 can (6oz) tomto paste
- 1 can (4oz) chopped green chilies
- 2 teaspoons chili powder
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 3/4 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 3 corn tortillas, cut into 1/2 inch strips
