- 12 ounces, fluid Thin Noodles, Cooked And Drained
- 1/4 cups Soy Sauce
- 2 Tablespoons Sugar
- 4 cloves Garlic, Minced
- 2 Tablespoons Rice Vinegar
- 3 Tablespoons Pure Sesame Oil
- 1/2 teaspoons Hot Chili Oil
- 4 Tablespoons Canola Oil
- 4 whole Green Onions, Sliced Thin

- 13 oz Cool Whip

Spanish Brown Rice

- Ingredients:
- 1 cup brown rice
- 1/4 cup onions, chopped
- 1 cup tomatoes, diced
- 1/2 tablespoon cumin
- 1/2 tablespoon garlic
- 2 1/4 cups chicken broth or water
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon cilantro, chopped (optional)
- Cooking Directions:
- Place oil in a pan over medium heat. Add onions and rice. Sautntil onions are soft.
- Add chicken broth or water, cumin, garlic, tomatoes, and salt. Cover with a tight fitting lid and bring to a boil.
- Turn heat down to a very low simmer and cook, covered, until rice is tender and liquid is absorbed, approximately 45-60 minutes.
- Remove from heat and let stand covered for about 5 minutes. Fluff with fork and garnish with cilantro if desired
Chocolate Sauce

- 3/4 cup heavy cream
- 1 tab butter

- 2 jalapenos, seeded
- 1 medium green pepper
- 1/4 cup diced red onion
