To make the butterscotch: In a medium saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter

- 3/4 cup (150g) light brown sugar (or dark brown)
- 3/4 cup (180ml) heavy cream

Mango, Pineapple, Banana, Orange Smoothie

This simple mango, pineapple, banana and orange smoothie recipe is easy to make, good for you, and so tasty!
- 1 cup of frozen mango, cut into small chunks
- 1 cup of frozen pineapple, cut into small chunks
- 3/4 of a ripe banana (just munch on the 1/4 left as you are prepping your smoothie!)
- 2/3 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 1/2 cup of orange juice

- 1/4 cup uncooked oats (old fashioned rolled oats recommended; do not use steel cut oats)
