- 2 cups sugar
- 4T cocoa
- 1/2 cup butter...OG margarine
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 3 cups quick oats
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
Gluten Free Pumpkin Cake w/ brown sugar icing****

Made this, for the first time, Mother’s Day 2020
- Cake:
- 2 sticks butter
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup sugar
- 15oz pumpkin purée
- 4 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 T pumpkin pie spice
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 3 cups GF all purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 3/4 tsp xanthan gum, omit if blend has it in it.
- 1 cup buttermilk
- Icing:
- 1 stick butter
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup milk
- 2 cups 10x sugar

Combine milk, 1/2 c. sugar, butter, and salt in a medium saucepan
- 2 c. whole milk (if you're in a pinch, you can use 2%, but whole is best. Don't use 1% or skim)
- 1/2 c. + 1 Tbsp. sugar, divided
- 1/3 c. (5 1/3 Tbsp.) butter
- 2 tsp. Kosher salt
- 2 pkgs. active dry yeast (or 4 1/2 tsp.), preferably bread machine yeast
- 2/3 c. warm (105-115-degree) water
- 8-9 c. all-purpose flour
- 3 beaten eggs

I found this in one of the original "Top Secret Recipes" cookbooks
- Cookie:
- 1 cup margarine
- 3/4 cup dark brown sugar
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 T molasses
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 1 tsp b. soda
- 1/8 tsp cinnamon
- 1 1/2 cup quick oats
- Filling:
- 2 tsp hot water
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 7 oz marshmallow Fluff
- 1/2 cup Crisco
- 1/3 cup 10x
- 1/2 tsp vanilla

- 1 cup grated Parmesan, plus more for finishing the pasta
- 2 eggs plus 1 egg yolk
- 1 teaspoon grated nutmeg
- 2 tablespoons minced fresh chives (optional)
- 1/2 cup all purpose flour
- 4 cups semolina flour
- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 10-12 sage leaves

1. Heat oven to 350°F. Place paper baking cup in each of 18 regular-size muffin cups
- 1 1/2 cups All Purpose Flour
- 1/3 cup baking cocoa
- 1 cup packed brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/3 cup Pure Vegetable Oil
- 1 cup water
- 1 tablespoon white vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 egg
- 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
- 3/4 cup Creamy Peanut Butter
- 1/3 cup granulated sugar
- 1/3 cup powdered sugar
- 1/4 cup peanut butter chips
