Directions: Preheat oven to 425 degrees F
- Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 stick butter
- Pinch salt
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 eggs
- Pinch ground cinnamon
- Ice cream
- Chocolate Sauce, recipe follows
- Special Equipment: Pastry bag fitted with large straight tip
Bacon Wrapped Breadsticks****

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
- 4.5 oz box sesame seed breadsticks
- 16-oz pkg bacon
- 8 -oz container grated Parmesan
Hamburger Buns****

Stir together milk, water, butter, sugar and salt in a saucepan
- 2 3/4 cups flour
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 oz active dry yeast
- for the egg wash
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 teaspoon water
Brazilian Limeade****

Quite enjoyable! To avoid bitterness, use thin skinned limes and don't save leftovers
- 4 juicy limes (try and find ones with thin, smooth skins; they're the juiciest and the thin skin cuts down on the chance of your drink being bitter)
- 1 c. sugar
- 6 c. cold water
- 6 Tbsp. sweetened condensed milk
Warm Cauliflower Bruschetta

This wintry bruschetta is made with sautéed cauliflower, Kalamata olives, sundried tomatoes and bleu cheese
- 1 baguette, cut into 1/2-inch slices
- Olive oil spray
- 1 large head cauliflower, chopped into florets
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 large clove garlic, finely chopped
- 2 anchovy filets, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup pitted Kalamata olives, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup oil-packed sundried tomatoes, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup finely chopped fresh Italian parsley
- 1/2 cup crumbled bleu cheese (or 1/2 cup feta)
Baked Beans

Preheat oven to 350. Reserving two slices of bacon, cook the remaining bacon in a large skillet
- 1 15 1/2-oz. can Great Northern beans
- 1 15 1/2-oz. can navy beans
- 1 15 1/2-oz. can baby butter beans
- 1 15 1/2-oz. can pinto beans
- 2 14 1/2-oz. cans stewed tomatoes
- 1/3 c. molasses
- 2 Tbsp. light brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp. prepared mustard
- 1 tsp. Kosher salt
- 1/2 tsp. Tabasco or other hot sauce
- 6 oz. bacon (1/2 of an average-sized package), divided
- 1 medium onion, thinly sliced
Buffalo Chicken Dip ****

Layered, baked dip with buffalo chicken, cream cheese, ranch dressing and cheese
- 1 can- canned chicken
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing OR bleu cheese dressing
- 1/4 - 1/2 cup Frank's® hot sauce OR Frank's® buffalo wing sauce
- 8 oz shredded cheddar cheese
Stromboli

- Ingredients:
- pizza dough for two:
- 4 cups flour
- 1 1/2 cup water
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 T pizza secret
- 2 T olive oil
- 2 1/4 tsp yeast
- filling for one:
- 1 1/2 cup mozzarella
- 4 oz pepperoni
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
- egg
- sesame seeds
