- 1/2 stick (1/4 cup) unsalted butter
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh sage (or a small bunch, unchopped, see recipe for details)
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 oz finely grated Parmigiano-Reggiano (1 cup) plus additional for serving

- 1 medium onion, diced
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 1/2 tbs olive oil
- Pinch red chili flakes
- 2 400g (14oz) tins of chickpeas
- 4 green onions
- 1 cup chopped parsley
- Juice of one lemon
- 150 g (5 ounces) feta

- 1 flaky pie crust, fitted into a pie plate, edge trimmed and crimped, 9 inch
- 3 large eggs
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup light corn syrup
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, 1/2 stick melted
- 1 cup canned crushed pineapple, drained

- Toffee bottom:
- 8 oz (226g) butter (2 sticks), room temperature
- 1 cup (200g) packed brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt

- Brownie:
- 11 oz (312g) butter (2 3/4 sticks), room temperature
- 1 1/2 cups (300g) sugar
- 1 1/4 cup (250g) packed brown sugar

- 1 3/4 cup (170g) unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 1/3 cup (168g) flour

Edamame Dip with Wonton Chips

1 For wonton chips, preheat oven to 350°F (180°C)
- WONTON CHIPS
- 24 wonton wrappers
- Olive oil spray
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds and/or celery seeds
- Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
- DIP
- 2 cups frozen edamame beans
- 1 clove garlic, peeled and quartered lengthwise
- 2 green onions, sliced
- 1/2 tsp grated lime zest
- 2 tbsp freshly squeezed lime juice
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp white miso paste
- 1 tsp minced fresh ginger
- 1 tsp wasabi
- Toasted sesame seeds, for garnish
- Vegetables for dipping
Macaroni Salad "Hawaiian Style"

1-Whisk 1 1/2 cups milk, 1 cup mayo, sugar, 1/2 tsp salt and 2 tsp pepper
- 2 c whole milk
- 2 c mayonaise
- 1 T brown sugar
- salt & pepper
- 1 # elbow macaroni
- 1/2 c cider vinegar
- 1 carrot(grated)
- 1 celery rib(chopped fine)
Sweet & Salty Roasted Chickpeas****

-Preheat oven to 450* -place drained chickpeas on parchment lined baking sheet
- 1 14oz can chickpeas-drained
- 2 tsp olive oil
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 1/2 tsp brown sugar
- 1/4 tsp salt
- be sure to peel the chickpeas, they won't come out as crunchy if you don't.
