Pumpkin Swirl Bread Recipe

Preheat oven to 350°. Grease and flour three 8x4-in

- 1 tablespoon milk
- BREAD:
- 3 cups sugar
- 1 can (15 ounces) solid-pack pumpkin
- 4 Eggland's Best Eggs
- 1 cup canola oil
- 1 cup water
- 4 cups all-purpose flour
- 4 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1-1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cloves
- 1 cup chopped walnuts
- 1 cup raisins
- 1/2 cup chopped dates
Salmon Burgers with Green Apple Slaw

Toss the sliced onion, cabbage, rice vinegar, 1/2 teaspoon salt and a few grinds of pepper in a large bowl
- 1 small red onion (1/2 thinly sliced, 1/2 diced)
- 1/2 head green cabbage, very thinly sliced (about 4 cups)
- 3 tablespoons rice vinegar
- Kosher salt and freshly ground pepper
- 1 14-ounce can salmon, drained and flaked with a fork

1. In bowl of stand mixer, whisk bread flour, whole-wheat flour, and yeast together
- 2 cups (11 ounces) bread flour
- 6 tablespoons (2 ounces) whole-wheat flour
- 2 1/4 teaspoons instant or rapid-rise yeast
- 1 1/4 cups plus 2 tablespoons warm water, (120 degrees)
- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
