Mrs. Hoggle's Stuffed Cranberry Sauce

1 Leave cream cheese out a room temperature for about an hour to soften it

- 1/4-1/2 cup chopped pecans
- 1 (16 ounce) can jellied cranberry sauce, chilled
MEXICAN RICE

- 1 can tomato sauce
- 2/3 table spoons of knorr chicken bouillon

- 1 tablespoon fresh chopped parsley

- 2 (16-ounce) cans garbanzo beans, drained
- 1/4 cup plain yogurt
- 1/4 cup olive oil, plus extra for pita
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons freshly chopped dill leaves, plus extra for garnish
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 2 teaspoons hot paprika, plus extra for garnish
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 6 pita pockets
