- 1 box Pillsbury Moist Supreme Classic Yellow Cake Mix with pudding in the mix

- 3 eggs
- 1/3 cup oil
- 2/3 cup pineapple juice
- 1/3 cup milk
- 1 (8 ounce) can pineapple slices, drained (save juice)
- 1 (8 ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained (save juice)
- Topping
- 1 stick butter, melted
- 1 cup brown sugar

Apricot/Mango Jam

Position a rack in the lower third of the oven and preheat the oven to 325°F
- S'mores Topping Ingredients:
- 8-10 whole graham crackers (enough to cover the bottom of a 9x13-inch pan)
- 10 tablespoons butter
- 1 1/4 cups granulated sugar
- 3/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder (natural or Dutch-process)
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- Hershey's bars (broken into small pieces)
- Golden Grahams
- mini marshmallows

- 1 pound extra lean ground beef
- 1/2 pound bulk sweet Italian sausage
- 1 cup Italian-seasoned breadcrumbs
- 1 cup shredded carrots
- 1 cup tomato pasta sauce
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 Eggs
- 1/2 cup finely chopped onion
- 1 teaspoon finely chopped fresh garlic
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano leaves
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 6 (3/4-ounce) slices deli cheddar cheese
- 1 1/4 cups water
- 6 (3/4-ounce) slices deli cheddar cheese, cut into quarters
- 2 cups mashed potatoes whipped with butter and milk
- 1/2 teaspoon salt and pepper to taste
HONEY BOURBON GLAZED HAM
