- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 2 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 1/8 teaspoon crushed red pepper

- 1/4 cup thinly sliced green onions

- 1/4 cup chili sauce
- 1/4 cup seasoned fine dry bread crumbs
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped onion
- 1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese or Romano cheese
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped, drained pepperoncini salad pepper
- 1 1/2 teaspoons fennel seeds, crushed
- 1 pound extra-lean ground pork
- 1 recipe Fresh Tomato Sauce
- 3 cups hot cooked broken lasagna noodles
Creamy Noodles and Rice

In a 2 quart saucepan over medium heat, melt butter
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 3 medium carrots, chopped (I use my peeler and get the pieces of carrot really thin.)
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 2 1/2 cups water
- 1 pouch dry noodle soup mix (Campbell's or Lipton)
- 2/3 cup uncooked regular long-grain rice
- 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions Preheat oven to 325 degrees
- Sauce:
- 1/4 cup canola oil
- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- Salt
- pepper
- 1 cup cornstarch
- 2 large eggs, beaten
- 1/3 cup buffalo sauce (if you like more heat use hot sauce, like Frank's brand)
- 1 1/4 cup packed light brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon water
- 2 teaspoons apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes

- 1 lb chicken breast, boneless and skinless

- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2/3 cups heavy cream
- 2/3 cups milk
- 1 cup shredded cheese (use Parmesan, or Mozzarella, or 4-cheese mix)
- 8 oz fettuccine (for gluten free version, use gluten free brown rice fettuccine)
- 2 cups cooked broccoli florets
- 7 strips cooked bacon
- salt and pepper

- 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/4 cup chili sauce (Heinz is a good one)
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2-3/4 tablespoon celery seed
- 1 tablespoon prepared mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 dashes hot pepper sauce
- 8 large chicken breast halves, bone-in with skin (a large family pack will usually have about 7-8 breasts.)

In a skillet, cook bacon until crisp
- 1/2 pound sliced bacon, diced
- 3 tablespoons Filippo Berio® Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 2 large onions, chopped
- 3 pounds fresh tomatoes, peeled, seeded and chopped or 2 cans (14-1/2 ounces each) diced tomatoes, undrained
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tablespoons minced fresh tarragon or 2 teaspoons dried tarragon
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- Pinch to 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 package (16 ounces) fettuccine
- 1/4 cup minced fresh parsley
- Shredded Parmesan cheese
