- 2 Cups Sugar
- 3/4 Cup Vegetable Oil
- 1 Cup Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
- 4 Eggs
- 2 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 2 1/3 Cups Flour
- 2 tsp Baking Powder
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 60 Hershey Kisses-unwrapped ( 1 bag )
- Powdered Sugar

Fancy Caramel Popcorn

Caramel popcorn gets dressed up and ready for a party with white and milk chocolate drizzles
- 1/3 cup un-popped popcorn
- 2 1/2 cups mini pretzels, broken into pieces
- 1 cup lightly salted peanuts or chopped almonds
- 1/2 cup salted butter
- 1 cup light brown sugar, firmly packed
- 1/2 cup light corn syrup
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 cup milk chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
Mushroom Soup

- 1/2 oz dried shiitake mushrooms
- 1 small onion, chopped (1/3 cup)
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 TBSP Olive Oil
- 1/4 Cup long grain rice
- 1.5 tsp fresh Thyme leaves
- 12 oz button mushrooms, chopped
- 2 ) 4 to 5 oz portobella mushrooms, stems & gills removed, & chopped
- 4 Cups Chicken Broth
- Salt and Pepper
- Sour Cream and/or chopped flat leaf Parsley
Stir Fried Turkey (or chicken) with Sugar Snap Peas and Peppers

Cut the sliced turkey (or chicken) cutlets into small pieces
- Cooking Sauce Ingredients:
- 8 oz. thinly sliced raw turkey breast cutlets (or sliced chicken breast)
- 1 egg white
- 1 1/2 T Soy Sauce
- 1-2 T peanut oil (more or less, depending on your wok or pan)
- 2 cloves garlic, each cut into 2-3 flat slices
- several slices fresh ginger root
- 1 cup sliced sugar snap peas (or snow peas)
- 1 cup thinly sliced red, yellow, or orange bell pepper (or use other vegetables of your choice as long as they cook quickly)
- 1 T Soy Sauce
- 1 T Rice Wine Vinegar (not seasoned vinegar which contains sugar)
- 1 T water
- 1 tsp. ground ginger root (not dried ginger; this is sometimes called ginger puree)
- 1 tsp. Sriracha Sauce (optional)
Broccoli and Chicken Soup

- 2 halves OR 1 whole Chicken breast, skinned
- 7 Cups Water
- 3 Cups Broccoli - chopped
- 1 Cup Celery - chopped
- 1 Cup Green Onions - chopped
- 5 tsp Chicken Bouillon
- 1/4 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1/2 tsp Onion Powder
- 1 tsp Seasoned Salt

1. Preheat broiler. Thaw fish, if frozen
- 2 pounds fresh or frozen skinless cod fillets, 3/4- to 1-inch thick
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt
- Lemon wedges and/or fresh parsley sprigs (optional)

- 1/4 Cup Butter - unsalted
- 1 pound Nuts - any variety
- 1/4 Cup Brown Sugar - Light
- 1/8 to 1/4 tsp Cayenne Pepper
- 1 tsp Vietnamese Cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 3 TB Maple Syrup
Avalanche Bars

Lightly grease a 9 x 9 pan In a microwave-safe bowl, dump in white chips and heat on medium power for 1 minute
- 12 oz bag of Nestle White Chocolate Chips
- 1/4 Cup Creamy Peanut Butter
- 3 Cups Rice Krispies
- 1.5 Cups Mini Marshmallows
- 1/4 Cup Mini Chocolate Chips + 2 TBSP for garnish

Bake at 350 for 12-15 minutes
- 1 egg
- 1/3 c. softened butter
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 1/4 tsp. caramel extract
- 1/2 c. plus 2 T. coconut palm sugar.
- 1 c. almond flour
- 2 T coconut flour
- 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 2/3 of a Ghiradelli 60% cocoa baking bar, chopped into chunks
- 1/3 C. chopped macadamia nuts
