- 2 TBSP Olive Oil
- 1 tsp Coriander seeds, whole ( or 1/2 tsp ground )
- 1 tsp Cumin Seeds, whole ( or 1/2 tsp ground )
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Pepper
- 1/8 tsp Chili powder
- 1 lb Shrimp, large, shelled & deveined
- 2 TBSP Olive Oil
- Lemon zest from 1 lemon
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Pepper

- 1 ) 12 oz bag frozen broccoli florets, thawed
- 1 small onion, peeled and diced
- 4 cups Chicken broth
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 cup Heavy Cream
- Optional: make it creamy rich-add: 2-4 oz cream cheese, cut into cubes
- and 1 cup of grated cheddar cheese when you add the cream.

- 1/2 cup peeled, seeded, and finely diced English cucumber
- 2 Tbs. finely chopped red onion
- Kosher salt
- 1/2 cup plain whole-milk or lowfat yogurt, preferably Greek
- 2 Tbs. finely chopped fresh cilantro
- Pinch of sugar
- Pinch of cayenne or Aleppo pepper; more to taste

- 2 tsp Lime Juice, fresh
