BBQ Ranch Burgers

Barbecue sauce and ranch seasoning ground beef make these burgers tasty
- 1 (1-ounce) packet ranch dip mix
- 1 pound lean ground beef
- 1 ⁄3 cup minced red onion
- 1 ⁄4 cup barbecue sauce
- 1 ripe Hass avocado, peeled, seeded and mashed
- 4 hamburger buns
- 3 ⁄4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 4 romaine lettuce leaves
- 8 slices tomatoes

In a small bowl, mix all the dry ingredients
- Recipe makes 1 gallon
- 2 Cups Dark Brown Sugar
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 3 Tablespoons ground black pepper
- 8 Tablespoons cornstarch
- 4 cups ketchup
- 4 cups water
- 3 cups Golden Eagle or Yellow Label Syrup (see note)
- 2 cups cider vinegar
- 4 Tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 2 Tablespoons white vinegar
Sausage Cream Cheese Dip

Brown sausage in a non-stick skillet, breaking it up into crumbles with a spatula until no longer pink
- 16 oz pork hot sausage (found in the roll form, like Jimmy Dean)
- 12 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 can Ro*tel tomatoes (Original), undrained
Amish Macaroni Salad

Cook the macaroni as directed
- 1/2 pound elbow macaroni
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons white vinegar
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 2 tablespoons yellow mustard
- 1/2-1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 cup green pepper, chopped (roughly half of a small pepper)
- 1/2 cup carrot, peeled and grated (roughly 1 carrot)
- 1/4 cup onion, chopped (roughly half of a small onion)
- 3 hard boiled eggs, chopped
Copycat IKEA Swedish Meatballs

Mix together bread pieces and milk
- 2 slices fresh white bread, torn
- 1/4 cup milk
- 3 T. clarified butter, divided
- 1/2 c. finely chopped onion
- A pinch plus 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 3/4 pound ground chuck
- 3/4 pound ground pork or turkey
- 2 large egg yolks
- 1/2 t. black pepper
- 1/4 t. ground allspice
- 1/4 t. freshly grated nutmeg
- 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
- 3 c. beef broth
- 1/4 c. heavy cream or sour cream
Pork Chops Teriyaki

Heat the oil in a 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 4 boneless pork chops, 3/4-inch thick (about 1 pound)
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 green onions, chopped (about 1/4 cup)
- 1 can (10 3/4 ounces) Campbell's® Condensed Golden Mushroom Soup
- 1 can (about 8 ounces) pineapple chunks, drained, reserving juice
- 2 tablespoons teriyaki sauce
- Hot cooked rice
Peach Cobbler Crumb Bars

Preheat oven to 375 degrees
- 4 1/2 cups peaches, peeled, pitted and diced (about 8 small peaches, use firm but ripe)
- 1 3/4 cup granulated sugar, divided
- 3 1/2 Tbsp cornstarch
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp ginger
- 2 Tbsp orange juice
- 1 tsp orange zest (optional)
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 3/4 cup salted butter, cold and diced into cubes
- 1 large egg
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 Tbsp Turbinado sugar (optional)

Heat oven to 350°F. Spray bottom of 13x9-inch pan with cooking spray
- 1 pouch (1 lb 1.5 oz) Betty Crocker® chocolate chip cookie mix
- 1/2 cup butter or margarine, softened
- 1 egg 1 cup butterscotch chips
- 1 cup milk chocolate chips or semisweet chocolate chips
- 1 cup flaked coconut 1 cup chopped walnuts
- 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk (not evaporated)
