Directions In a large bowl, combine the first 8 ingredients

- 1 cup plus 2 tablespoons buttermilk
- 6 drops hot pepper sauce
- 1 cup cubed fully cooked ham
- 3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 3/4 cup shredded Velveeta
- TOPPING:
- 5 tablespoons shredded Parmesan cheese
- 3-1/2 teaspoons butter
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley flakes
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper

- [13.4] oz Pillsbury classic pizza dough, refrigerated
- 2 cups sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 Â1/2 lb grilled sirloin steak, roughly chopped
