- 1/2 tsp baking Soda
- Glob of Butter flavored Crisco
- 3/4 cup sugar

- 3/4 tsp Salt
- Stick of Parkay
- FROSTING
- 1 . lb confectioners sugar
- 2 . TSP vanilla
- 3 . egg white
- 4 . TBS milk
- 5 . Dash of salt
- 6 . /2 TSP almond
Steak and Bacon Tournedos

Directions Preheat an outdoor grill for medium-high heat
- 1 1/2 pounds flank steak, pounded to 1/2 inch thickness
- unseasoned meat tenderizer to taste
- 10 slices bacon, cooked, but still soft
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper to taste
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
Bacon Ranch Pasta Salad

"This is a very flavorful pasta salad
- 1 (12 ounce) package uncooked tri-color rotini pasta
- 10 slices bacon
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 3 tablespoons dry ranch salad dressing mix
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic pepper
- 1/2 cup milk, or as needed
- 1 large tomato, chopped
- 1 (4.25 ounce) can sliced black olives
- 1 cup shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
Minestrone Soup

1. Heat three tablespoons of olive oil over medium heat in a large soup pot
- 3 Tbs olive oil
- 1 cup minced white onion (about 1 small onion)
- 1/2 cup chopped zucchini
- 1/2 cup frozen cut Italian green beans
- 1/4 cup minced celery (about 1/2 stalk)
- 4 tsp minced garlic (about 4 cloves)
- 4 cups vegetable broth
- 2 (15 ounce) cans red kidney beans, drained
- 2 (15 ounce) cans Navy beans, drained
- 1 (14 ounce) can diced tomatoes
- 1/2 cup carrot, julienne or shredded
- 2 Tbs minced fresh parsley
- 1 1/2 tsp dried oregano
- 1 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
- 1/2 tsp dried basil
- 1/4 tsp dried thyme
- 3 cups hot water
- 4 cups fresh baby spinach
- 1/2 cup small shell pasta

- 1 lb ground round
- 1/4 lb ground veal
- 1/4 lb ground pork
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 small onion chopped
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 2 1/2 cups seasoned bread crumbs
- 3/4 cup grated pecorino romano cheese
- 1 egg
- 2 cups sliced white mushrooms
- 2 cups cooked long grain white rice
- 3/4 cup warm chicken broth or water
- Salt and fresh ground pepper
Wild Mushroom-Bacon Sourdough Dressing

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F
- 1 1/4 pounds sourdough bread, crusts removed, cut into 1/2-inch cubes (about 12 cups)
- 1/2 pound shiitake mushrooms, stems removed, caps roughly chopped
- 1/2 pound oyster mushrooms, roughly chopped
- 1/2 pound cremini mushrooms, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup canola oil
- Kosher salt and freshly ground pepper
- 3/4 pound slab bacon, cut into 1/2-inch dice
- 1 large Spanish onion, finely diced
- 5 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 3 to 5 cups homemade chicken stock or canned low-sodium chicken broth
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh sage
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh thyme
- 1/2 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 2 large eggs, lightly beaten

- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin

- 4 boneless pork chops, about 3/4-inch thick
- 1/3 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 cup coconut milk
