Slow Cooker Cinnamon Almonds

Spray a slow cooker (at least 4 quart in size) with non-stick spray and line a baking sheet with parchment paper
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 1 1/2 cups brown sugar
- 3 Tbsp cinnamon
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 1 egg white
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 1 lb. or 3 cups whole almonds
- 1/4 cup water
Crescent Roll Taco Bake

Lay out the two tubes of crescent pastry, thick sides in
- 2 crescent roll tubes...
- 1 LB ground beef (or ground turkey)
- 1 packet of taco seasoning
- 1 1/2 cups grated cheddar cheese
- Shredded lettuce
- 1 or 2 diced tomatoes depending on size
- 1/2 small can sliced olives if desired
- Sour cream optional
- sliced avacado optional
Swamp Balls (Sausage Balls)

Preheat your grill to 375, allowing yourself room to cook indirect (or warm up your oven if you are cooking indoors...
- 2 2 2 packages of breakfast sausage (I use one regular and one hot)
- 1 1 1/4 and 1/4 cup Bisquick
- 4 4 4 cups (16oz) shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1/2 1/2 1/2 cup finely chopped onion
- 2-4 2-4 2-4 cloves of garlic, finely minced
- 1-2 1-2 1-2 tsp chili powder
- 1/4 1/4 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
- 2-4 2-4 2-4 tsp Dizzy Pig Swamp Venom, or other cajun seasoning
Homemade Cajun Butter Injection

Cheese Fondue

In a small bowl, coat the cheeses with cornstarch and set aside
- 1/2 pound imported Swiss cheese, shredded
- 1/2 pound Gruyere cheese, shredded
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1 garlic clove, peeled
- 1 cup dry white wine
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon cherry brandy, such as kirsch
- 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
- Pinch nutmeg
- Assorted dippers
Sugar Cookie Icing

Directions In a small bowl, stir together confectioners' sugar and milk until smooth
- 1 cup confectioners' sugar
- 2 teaspoons milk
- 2 teaspoons light corn syrup
- 1/4 teaspoon almond extract
- assorted food coloring
Ghirardelli Chocolate Brownies with Peppermint Bark

Directions Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- 1 1/2 sticks unsalted butter
- 1 1/2 cups Ghirardelli 60% cacao chocolate chips
- 3 large eggs, at room temperature
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup all purpose flour, plus
- 2 tablespoons all purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 8 squares Ghirardelli Peppermint Bark, chopped into large chunks (for the brownies)
- 18 squares Ghirardelli Peppermint Bark, broken into large chunks (about 8 pieces per square) (for the finishing)
Spicy Oyster Crackers
